Four Day Workshop
Identity-First
Wealth Code
Build your income from who you are — not who you were told to be.
Before You Begin
This is not a passive read.
You are holding four days of work. Not content to consume — a process to move through. Every page asks something of you. Every exercise is there for a reason.
The women who get the most from this don't rush to Day 4. They take each day fully before moving to the next.
How it works
Each day has two parts — a teaching and a practice. The teaching reframes something you've been carrying without knowing it. The practice turns that reframe into something real: a decision made, a pattern named, a plan written down.
By the time you reach Day 4, you won't just understand the Identity-First framework. You'll have used it.
What you'll leave with
1
Day One
Language for something you've been feeling for years but couldn't name.
2
Day Two
Clarity on the income model that's actually built for who you are.
3
Day Three
A practice that brings you back to your decision when the old pattern gets loud.
4
Day Four
A four-week plan built on your identity, your model, your choice.
Before you begin
There are no wrong answers in this workshop. The point isn't to judge where you are. It's to see where you are — clearly, without the filter of "I should be further along by now."
Answer as the woman you are right now. She's the only one who can do this work.
Day One
The Money Mirror
The reason it hasn't worked yet has nothing to do with the strategy.
You've watched the trainings. You've taken notes. You may have bought a course — or five. And some part of you still feels like you're missing something. A piece that never quite clicked. That's not a you problem. That's a sequence problem.
Every income program starts at the same place — the tactic, the method, the steps. But what if the inside hasn't caught up with the outside yet?
The sequence that actually works: Identity first. Alignment second. Strategy third. Most programs skip the first two entirely. That's not a flaw in you. That's a flaw in the order.
What is money identity?
Your money identity is the set of beliefs you hold — mostly unconscious — about what money means, who gets it, whether you're the kind of person who has it, and what it would say about you if you did.
It was mostly formed before you were 12. By watching your parents. By what was said — and what was never said. By how money was talked about, fought over, celebrated, feared. You've been operating from that programming ever since.
Money identity doesn't just affect how you spend
It affects what you charge. What you let yourself build. What you allow yourself to receive. The strategy can be right, the offer can be real — and the identity still wins. Until you change the identity first.
The three patterns
Read all three. You're looking for recognition, not just description.
Scarcity
"Money is hard to make. Money runs out. Money is for other people — not really for me."
If any version of that thought lives in the background of your decisions — you're operating from a scarcity identity. It affects what you charge, what you let yourself ask for, what you allow yourself to build before pulling back.
→ The shift that starts here: money is not evidence of your worth — and the absence of it is not evidence against you.
Sufficiency
"I manage okay. I'm not in crisis. But real wealth feels like someone else's story."
Sufficiency is the most invisible pattern because it looks fine from the outside. Stable. Managing. But there's a ceiling — a point where growth starts to feel irresponsible, or like reaching for something that isn't yours.
→ The shift that starts here: stability isn't the destination. It was supposed to be the foundation.
Abundance
"I believe there's enough. I expect growth. Receiving feels natural."
You already have the belief foundation. What the challenge will do is connect it to the right vehicle — because identity without the correct model still produces inspiration without results.
→ The shift that starts here: the foundation is there. Day 2 finds the vehicle.
Your Money Identity Assessment
Part 1 — The Diagnostic
Mark how true each statement feels right now — not how true you want it to be. 1 = Almost never · 2 = Sometimes · 3 = Often · 4 = Almost always
Section A
Section A Total— / 28
Section B
Section B Total— / 28
Section C
Section C Total— / 28
Reading your results
Your highest section score reveals your current operating pattern. This is not a permanent label — it's a pattern. Naming it is the first act of changing it.
The Pricing Mirror
Part 2
This section is one question. Sit with it — don't skim it.
The gap between those two numbers is not a pricing problem
It's an identity problem.
The first number came from the woman you've been. The second came from the woman you're becoming. The work of this week is closing the distance — not by forcing yourself to charge more, but by becoming someone for whom the second number feels accurate.
The Gap
Part 3 — Save this page. Return to it on Day 4.
The gap between who you are right now and who you're becoming isn't something to be ashamed of. It's the work. And by naming it today, you've already started to close it.
Companion practice
Your Morning Money Script — Do this before Day 2
5 minutes. Not affirmations. A way of rehearsing the identity of the woman you're stepping into — so when the day starts, you're already in her energy.
1
Ground 60 sec
Sit. Both feet on the floor. Three slow breaths. Ask yourself: Who am I choosing to be today?
2
The Statement 60 sec
"I am the woman who ___________________________."
3
The Action 30 sec
Name one thing that woman would do today that you might otherwise avoid.
Day Two
What's Your Match?
Today is the question no income course has ever stopped to ask you. Not what's working in the market — but what works for who you actually are.
When you run someone else's model from your identity, something always feels slightly off. Like you're performing a version of yourself that doesn't quite fit. When the model fits the identity — when it's built around how you think, how you connect, how you create — it stops feeling like performance and starts feeling like an extension of yourself.
That's when results show up. Not because the market changed. Because the alignment did.
The Identity-Income Map
Five profiles. Go through all five before deciding. Look for the one that sounds most true — not most impressive.
1
The Creator / Expressive
▾
You think in stories. When you want to explain something, your instinct is to reach for a metaphor, an image, a scene. Creation isn't something you do — it's how you process the world.
"The tell: you've been called 'creative' your whole life — and probably undervalued that as a business asset."
Your natural income models

Your edge: Your output earns after you stop. You build things that scale.
2
The Connector / Relational
▾
People are your energy source. You leave most conversations feeling more alive, not depleted. Trust is something you build fast and naturally — and people feel it quickly.
"The tell: people tell you things they don't tell most people. You've been told 'you should be a therapist' more than once."
Your natural income models

Your edge: Your conversion rate is unusually high because people trust you before they buy.
3
The Strategist / Analytical
▾
Your brain naturally looks for the system underneath the surface. While others are doing the thing, you're mapping why it works — and what would make it better.
"The tell: you read the terms and conditions. Your friends call you when they have a real decision to make."
Your natural income models

Your edge: You are the person most businesses desperately need. The thinking is the product.
4
The Intuitive / Holistic
▾
You move through the world with deep attunement to energy. There's a quality to your presence that's hard to describe but impossible to miss. People feel seen around you.
"The tell: you've probably been processing your own inner world for years. You have three journals going simultaneously."

Your edge: Your presence creates safety. People buy not just for what you teach, but how they feel in your field.
5
The Builder / Executor
▾
You think in systems and outcomes. Execution is not something that takes effort — it's your natural state. You finish things. You move an idea from concept to operational without losing momentum.
"The tell: you automatically ask 'and then what?' You're probably the most likely to already have a half-built project somewhere."

Your edge: You create leverage. Every hour has the potential to multiply.
Your Match
Capture & Commit
You didn't fail at the models you've tried before because you're incapable. You tried to wear someone else's wardrobe. It wasn't made for you. Today you find yours.
Companion practice
The Match Visualization — 10 minutes
Find 10 minutes where you won't be interrupted. Sit down. See yourself six months from now running the model that's yours. Don't build a highlight reel — build a Tuesday.
How does she start her morning? When she sits down to work — what does it feel like in her body? When money comes in — how does she receive it?
The distance between you and her — that's not a gap. That's a direction.
Day Three
The Identity Switch
Yesterday you found your model. Today we find out what's actually been standing between you and it.
Readiness is a lie. Not a malicious one — a protective one. Your mind's way of keeping you safe in the place it already knows.
It sounds like: "I'll start when I have more clarity.""I'll put myself out there when I feel more confident."
But here's the truth underneath them: clarity doesn't come before action. It comes from action. Confidence doesn't come before showing up. It comes from showing up.
The Identity Switch
The Identity Switch is the moment you consciously decide to operate as the woman you're becoming — before you have proof that she exists.
Not fake confidence. It's choosing, as a deliberate act, to take the next action from her perspective instead of your current one.
The woman you've been
Shaped by every previous attempt, every time you pulled back. She's real. She's familiar. And she will always have a reason to wait.
The woman you're becoming
Also real. Operating from a different reference point. She's not waiting for proof. She already made the decision.
The Switch is the moment you stop letting the first one make your decisions — and start letting the second one lead.
The method
Tomorrow you receive the fillable template. Today you understand the method — so when you sit down with it, you're making decisions, not filling in boxes.
1
Week One — Switch + Offer Definition
One offer. One person. One price. Written down with your name on it. Having the offer in writing is the first act of the Switch.
2
Week Two — Minimum Creation + First Conversation
Not a launch. Not a funnel. The minimum action that gets you into a real conversation with a real person who might buy this.
3
Week Three — Adjust + Repeat + First Sale
Adjust once — not rebuild. Repeat. The first sale usually happens here. Not from magic — from consistency.
4
Week Four — Document + Feedback + Prep to Scale
One sale is a result. A documented, repeatable process is a business.
Companion practice
The Switch isn't a one-time moment. The Anchor is the practice that brings you back.
The Identity Anchor — 3 Minutes
Step 1 — The Question · 60 sec
"Who am I choosing to be right now — the woman who waits, or the woman who moves?"
Step 2 — The Statement · 60 sec
Say your Decision Statement out loud: "I am the woman who ___________________________."
Step 3 — The Action · 60 sec
"The next thing she would do is _______________." Write it. Then do it.
The Switch is simple. The discipline of doing the simple thing consistently — that's where the results live.
Before Day 4
Use the Anchor once today — in a neutral moment, before you need it. So when you need it, it's already familiar.
Come back tomorrow ready to build. Not just ready to watch. Ready to put your name on a plan.
✦ Bonus — Identity Anchor Audio Activation
Identity Anchor Audio Activation
Valued at $47 · Yours, included.
You just built the Anchor in writing. Now hear it.
Five minutes. Headphones in. The founder guides you through every step — the question, the statement, the action — out loud, in real time. Use it before a sales conversation, when the freeze arrives, or whenever the old version of you gets loud.
Reading a practice and being walked through it are two different experiences. This is the second one.
You came back. I said yesterday that today you leave with your plan. So let's start there — because I keep my word.

The three objections
Now that you have the plan in your hands — I'm willing to bet part of you just activated.
"But will this actually work for me?"
1
"I've tried things like this before and it didn't work."
You did try. And it didn't move the way you needed. But was the model built on your identity? Or did you find something working for someone else and try to fit yourself into it? What failed wasn't you. What failed was the sequence. This plan is structurally different: it starts with your identity work, uses your model match, and is built on the Switch you made yesterday.
2
"I don't know if I have the discipline."
The women who succeed are not the most disciplined women in the room. They're the ones who found the model that was actually theirs. When something is genuinely yours — built around your energy, your strengths — consistency doesn't require the same force. The question isn't whether you have enough discipline. It's whether you've ever had the right conditions for it to show up.
3
"What if I start — and freeze?"
The freeze doesn't mean you're not ready. It means you're at the edge of what's familiar. That edge is exactly where the Switch lives. It's not a stop sign — it's a marker. When it happens, open the Anchor. Return to your decision.
The visualization
Close your eyes. Or soften your gaze. One slow breath.
It's six weeks from now. The plan in your hands today — you ran it. Not perfectly. There were weeks that felt slow, a moment in Week 2 where you almost stopped. But you used the Anchor. And you came back. And you kept going.
Your first sale happened. It was real. And it was yours — from your model, your offer, your Switch.
See the woman you are six weeks from now. Not a fantasy version — the real one. Notice how she moves. Not rushed. Not performing. Just moving with a kind of ease that wasn't there before.
That woman is not a fantasy. She's the frequency you've been tuning into all week.
You just felt her. That feeling is data.
The Decision Letter
Write this now — while the visualization is still alive in you. From the woman you just saw, back to you sitting here.
Dear
You're sitting there with the plan in your hands right now. What I want you to know — what you can't see from where you're standing — is:
The moment that surprised me most wasn't the first sale. It was:
What I want you to stop waiting for:
What I know about you that you're still learning to believe:
The decision was already made before you reached this page. Now go.
—, six weeks from now
You have the plan. The Switch is real.
But both are harder — significantly harder — when you're doing them alone.
When there's no one around who understands what you're building. When the Week 3 slowdown has no community to move through it with.
That's not a weakness. That's how humans work. We are not built for isolation. We are built for environments that reflect back who we've decided to become.

Come back in six weeks
Read what you wrote.
Four days ago you showed up with a question you couldn't fully articulate. Why does it keep not working?
You have your answer. It wasn't the strategy. It was the sequence.
1
Day 1
You saw your money identity pattern. You named the belief that's been running the show.
2
Day 2
You found your income model match. Built for who you are — not who you were told to be.
3
Day 3
You made the Switch. You built the Anchor.
4
Day 4
You have your plan.
The distance between who filled this in and who reads it back in six weeks — that's not information. That's evidence. That's the Switch having done its work.
